About the Resort
The Chamrousse ski resort was originallt built for the 1968 Winter Olympics and therefore is of a very high quality. One of the biggest plus points about this ski resort is that it is just 40 minutes away from Grenoble; this makes it one of the most accessible resorts in the Alps today.
The resort also features extensive cross country routes of around 41km and also has a snowpark. The resort has recently undergone a series of renovations making this resort much more up to date for the modern holiday-goer.
Tour Operators
"Built originally for the Winter Olympics, Chamrousse is just 40 minutes from Grenoble, making it one of the most accessible resorts in the Alps. The resort consists of three levels – Le Recoins (1650m), Chamrousse 1700 and Roche Beranger (1750m) – and offers a good variety of slopes and tree lined runs with over 92km of piste. There are excellent views down the valley to Grenoble and with a FREE lift pass all season, it's great value!" - Crystal Ski
