"Situated within the well-known Portillo apartment building, the Epaule du Charvet is a short walk from the centre of Val d'Isère and the ski bus stop is just outside the door. Within our apart-chalet there are 11 comfortable bedrooms, each with private facilities off a small seating area on the first floor. A separate atmospheric restaurant where all meals are taken is situated on the ground floor and connected by an internal spiral staircase. The main chalet entrance is on the first floor and is reached by a public staircase. The Portillo building has its own ski hire shop and self-service launderette." - Crystal Ski
